Project Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking  Project Manager for direct-hire!

Our client is a well established General Contractor, family-owned and operated general contracting company offering  design preconstruction and construction management services

Job Duties:
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously in various stages of completion
-Meet quoted job budgets through effective monitoring of labor and costs associated with the project.
-Allocate and track daily labor requirements with field staff and customers
-Perquisites all subcontractors and suppliers
-Supervises all shop drawings
-Monitor inventory and manage daily charge outs from inventory and receipt of inventory through communication with head office
-Demonstrate human resource management through effective supervision, retention, and recruitment of employees, including superintendents.
-Manage and promote a culture of safety in accordance with established company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Management or relative field experience.
-Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction of commercial or industrial construction
-Experience with Blue Beam, Excel and vista is preferred .
-Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
-OSHA 30, CPR and First Aid certifications, preferred.
